I am staying in a nearby hotel and went here based on the reviews. The chicken is really good, the slaw is really good, the fries are fries.
Still, really good chicken.
The African American mgr , short, was extremely rude. Had a sign out front saying helpwanted, i turned in am app and she told me I will keep on file but we don't usually hire white ppl. Btw.....im not white, I'm latina
I told her again I didn't want a breast.
Food is always cooked fresh and Hot when you get it. They have Batter French Fries that are the best. If we are having Hot dogs for a meal at home we make sure our slaw comes from Carters.
Been eating here forever. Never a bad meal. Great chicken. Steak sandwich is a definite go to. Always got and fresh. Good folks
Love getting my fried chicken livers from Carter's. They have the best anywhere. Workers always kind and courteous. Bathrooms clean. Chicken always Great!!! What more could you ask for?
I could tell she wasn't paying attention, but a storm was blowing in, and I headed back to the hotel as fast I could after they handed me the box. Of course, I got a breast and not a thigh.
But I ordered a three piece dinner with a thigh, a leg and a wing.
Great food, lousy service, but go here anyway.
